Isabel's Visit

Isabel and her Mommy came to visit. Rachael had really missed Isabel and was so excited that she would be visiting and sleeping over. What a busy couple of days it was with getting Daddy and Rachael packed up for their trip South and getting the new car. Good thing Isabel's Mommy came and whipped us all into shape. Thanks for all your help. And please come again! We promise to treat you right the next time.

Here are Rachael and Isabel playing in the backyard. They were very keen on collecting bugs and leaves in their bug houses. Isabel's Mommy taught them how to turn over stones to find the really good ones.

The gelato shop is Rachael's favorite spot in town. She chose chocolate and strawberry this time. She usually picks smurf and cake batter, which end up being so sweet she can't finish them and then turns and eats my selections. This time Isabel and Rachael decided to eat most of my gelato in addition to their own. It was worth it to watch them giggle and share.

We got to meet with the Mom and Tots club at the park. It is hard to believe how big all of the kids have gotten. They enjoyed playing hide and seek and walking near the lake. Elizabeth brought cake in celebration of Isabel's sibling who is due to arrive at the end of October. How we look forward to meeting her or him.
